The Last Air Bender
Just came from seeing “The Last Air Bender”. Luckily I got to see it for free. A friend of mine told me he and his lady walked out on the movie before it finished, which is crazy given the rising costs of going to the movies coupled with the current times. Unfortunately he was right, the movie really is inexplicably bad. How, with such a hot ticket franchise can M. Night screw up? He shows you in about 95 minutes. Not to dwell too much on it, but the movie is terrible in every sense aside from some cool special effects. Despite all this, it grossed over $105 million at the box office which might justify a sequel. Give me the cartoon any day.
